Candidates are required to possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Communications or a related field, with varying levels of experience ranging from 3 to 7 years depending on the role. Preference will be given to those holding certifications such as CCNP, CCSP, ITIL Foundation, and CCNA Collaboration.
Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other relevant protocols, as well as proficiency in configuring and maintaining VOIP equipment. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with network protocols and standards.
